In the parish of St Pierre du Bois, these purpose built apartments are in a very quiet, rural location on the Guernsey's west coast. Rocquaine Bay has an identity all of its own and is much loved by those with an appreciation of nature and a desire to “ Get away from it all.” Keen birdwatchers find it an ideal location to spot Guernsey's rarer winged visitors, Guernsey's first Ramsar site with its rare salt water marsh and shingle bank is on the doorstep. For naturalists, a spring visit is a must to admire the Orchid fields where the rare Loose-flowered, the Common Spotted and the Southern Marsh Orchid blossom in abundance - a truly breathtaking sight.

Within walking distance the L'Eree hotel, offering superior hotel/pub food, The Taste of India restaurant and La Plage cafe are in one direction, and in the opposite direction there is the The Imperial Hotel with both pub grub and fine dining restaurant. Getting around is easy as there is a bus stop on the coast road right outside the apartments.
